Terms of Service
Last updated: June 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of Lensoflow, including the website, web app, and mobile apps. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, so please read them carefully.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Lensoflow you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, that you are able to enter into a binding agreement, and that you accept these terms. If you use Lensoflow on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
Your account
You sign in to Lensoflow with your email address or through Google or Apple. There are no passwords to manage, which means your email account and sign in providers are the keys to your Lensoflow account. Keep them secure.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, and we will help you secure the account.
Your content
You keep full ownership of every image and video you upload. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to us.
So that we can operate the service, you grant Lensoflow a limited, worldwide, royalty free license to host, store, resize, analyze, and display your content. We use this license only to provide Lensoflow to you and to the people you choose to share with, never for anything else. The license ends when you delete the content or your account.
You are responsible for the content you upload. Make sure you have the right to upload it and to share it with the people you share it with.
Acceptable use
Do not use Lensoflow to store or share content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that depicts or exploits minors. Do not use it to harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe its security, access other people's content without permission, resell access, or use automated tools to scrape content that is not yours. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Objectionable content and user conduct
Lensoflow has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. By using Lensoflow, you agree not to upload, share, or transmit any content that is illegal, obscene, sexually explicit, harassing, threatening, defamatory, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others.
You may report objectionable content or abusive users at any time using the in app reporting tools. We review all reports and will remove offending content and eject abusive users within 24 hours of becoming aware of a violation.
We reserve the right to remove any content and to suspend or terminate any account, without notice, for any violation of these terms. Continued use of Lensoflow constitutes acceptance of this policy.
To report content or a user, use the Report option within the app, or contact us at support@lensoflow.com.
Sharing, Live Walls, and guests
Lensoflow lets you share collections, host Live Walls, create share links, and present slideshows. You decide what to share and with whom, and you are responsible for the audience you give access to.
When guests contribute images to your Live Wall, those images become part of the wall you host and count toward its limits. Guests must follow the same acceptable use rules, and as the host you can remove any contribution from your wall.
Plans and billing
Lensoflow offers a Free plan and paid plans billed weekly or monthly. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Prices are shown in USD; local currency and tax are applied at checkout by the payment provider.
Payments are processed by Polar on the web, by Apple on iOS, and by Google on Android. Live Wall passes are one time purchases that never expire.
If a renewal payment fails, you keep your plan during a 7 day grace period while the payment is retried. After that, your account moves to the Free plan. If we change prices, existing subscribers keep their current price; new prices apply only when you change plans or resubscribe.
Cancellation, downgrades, and refunds
You can cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your account then moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted when you downgrade: every image you uploaded stays in your account. If your library is larger than the new plan allows, new uploads are paused until you free up space or upgrade again.
Refunds are handled by the payment provider you purchased through, following their refund policies. When a refund is issued, the subscription ends immediately and the account moves to the Free plan.
Storage limits after a downgrade
If you cancel or downgrade a paid plan and your stored content exceeds your new plan's storage limit, you have 3 days to upgrade or remove content to return within that limit, after which we may automatically delete your files (oldest first) until your storage fits your plan; your Vault storage is never affected.
Lensoflow's intellectual property
The Lensoflow service, including its software, design, and brand, belongs to Lensoflow and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not give you any right to use the Lensoflow name, logo, or branding. We grant you a personal, non transferable right to use the service for as long as these terms allow it.
Service changes and availability
We are constantly improving Lensoflow and may add, change, or remove features over time. If we discontinue a feature that you actively use, we will give you reasonable notice where possible.
We work hard to keep Lensoflow available at all times, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access.
Termination
You can stop using Lensoflow and delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your content, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Unless the breach is severe, we will give you notice and a chance to export your content first.
Disclaimer
Lensoflow is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that automated analysis will always describe your images accurately. Keep your own copies of images that are irreplaceable to you; Lensoflow is a sharing and organization service, not a replacement for a backup.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lensoflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for all claims combined is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or 50 USD if you have not paid us anything. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Lensoflow evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or inside the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you continue using Lensoflow after the changes take effect, the updated terms apply to you. If you do not agree with a change, you can delete your account before it takes effect.
