Delete your account

You can delete your Lensoflow account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data.

Delete in the app

1. Open Lensoflow and go to Account → Profile.

2. Tap "Delete account" and confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@lensoflow.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify ownership and process your request.

What is deleted

Your account, profile, uploaded images, collections, shared links, and account activity are permanently deleted.

What may be retained

Limited records required for legal, tax, or fraud prevention purposes may be retained for up to 90 days, after which they are permanently removed.
